weary.
我真的累了。

Sovereignty.
Sometimes it’s easy to forget, to be stuck in the bad place, and to want to stand still and wallow until you’re exhausted. But why do that? Why do that when you have God in your life?
This past wednesday, I think I heard my favorite sermon at large group his year. Arthur Hsieh spoke on the sovereignty of God. He said that two things he knows keeps him going every day:
1) God is in control over everything.
2) God is good.
To know this is so comforting. Not only is God in control, but our God who is in control is GOOD, blameless, righteous, loving. His plans will not harm us, but prosper us. When I remember these things, my eyes are opened to how, through my trials, God has taught me, built up me up, and blessed me. Beyond my struggles, He has given me so much more, and there is definitely more to life than my own problems. So praise God!
